This week, I was able to casually interview my cousin, who is a current premed student at Washington University in Saint Louis. He gave me a ton of information about his own experience in college and how to navigate finding premed opportunities at school. His advice of forming connections with researchers and being persistent in the face of no response was very helpful and felt applicable to my own ISM journey.

In addition, I was able to continue working on my website for final product. I have started to draft all of my information to add on the website. I have also created the skeleton and added pages. As of right now, I am not sure if I will be able to add videos like I was hoping to, but if I cannot I will just find some from youtube instead of making them myself. Also, I have begun trying to reach out to other doctors in my area. I have not heard a response back from them, but I plan to continue contacting until one hopefully responds back.

Overall, it has been a low-stakes week! However, it will probably start to pick up next week.
