Georgetown, Shadowing, and Online Portfolio Updates: Jan 10th - Jan 16th

During this week, I was able to finish my last college application: Georgetown! I am very happy to finally be done with the hard part of senior year, which of course is applying to colleges. With more free time on my as well as my peers’ hands, UNICEF was able to start planning our event for January!

I contacted Dr. Parmar about shadowing some time this month, but I am currently waiting to hear back from him. I am a bit worried that I may not be able to shadow due to the fact that covid has definitely had a huge surge. It would make sense if I cannot shadow anymore, but I am still hopeful.

In addition, I worked on my Linkedin and website portfolio quite intensely this week. I created a resume through my website that people can scroll through and updated my projects to reflect my Heart Failure Brochure that I created. For Linkedin, I added my awards, courses, and updated my experience to show both Learning Curve and the Mayor’s Youth Council. I also added my Heart Failure project here. I think that my Linkedin and my website are pretty much good to go, I just need to make some minor changes and update my downloadable ISM resume.
