More Interviews and Original Work: Nov 29th - Dec 5th

This week, I started to better flesh out my original work idea. I am planning to make a pamphlet about the signs of cardiac stroke. I intend to use canva for creating it.

In addition, I was able to schedule more interviews with professionals in the medical field. I scheduled an interview with Dr. Amar Shah, a dermatologist and Dr. Bharat Mudalgi, a radiologist. These doctors are both family friends from India. I am still having trouble finding a cardiologist to interview. This is because I can’t quite get past the receptionist. However, it is understandable as I know that cardiologists are extremely busy so it is hard for them to find time. I was able to contact a former student of ISM that studied cardiology named Hiba Answari. I am currently waiting on her response, but I am sure it will be insightful to listen to! I hope to get some advice as to how to get interviews with cardiologists.

I hope to grow my network with these new interviews and hopefully find a cardiologist to interview!
