In this week of ISM, I was able to create my third research assessment. I did the assessment over the article “Four Pillars of Heart Failure: Contemporary Pharmacological Therapy for Heart Failure with Reduced Ejection Fraction.” Like before in my second research assessment, I first annotated it, and then I analyzed it, seeing how it affected my understanding of cardiology as a whole. I learned a lot of new technical terms relevant to the field as well as an innovative new way to treat heart disease patients.
In addition, this week I prepared the ISM business symposium! I finalized my professional outfit and also took some pictures in it in order to put a picture in my resume.
Lastly, I also started brainstorming ideas for original work. In class, we were able to get peer advice on what to do for it but as of right now I am still a little bit stuck. Currently, I am thinking about doing some sort of research paper, but I am still continuing to look through options.
In conclusion, I learned a lot more about my field and got closer to figuring out my original work for the class!
